When looking for a team, be sure to mention where you have played (divisions), what positions you play and sell your skills. Get yourself invited to a tryout. You can also email the league and we will try to place you on a team that matches your caliber. Expect to pay anywhere from $55 to $80 for your end of fees plus a possible jersey purchase. You will need cleats and IMO a headband to play.
